Have tried many, many sinus OTC headache/reliever medicines and this is one acts the fastest and is the most effective.Unfortunately, as another reviewer mentioned, I can never find it.Have gone to multiple drug store chains and grocery stores, but always leave empty handed.Thank Amazon for making this available!
